United Kingdom that took over, through a Management Buy-Out, URS (formerly Scott Wilson) operations in East Africa.

 

Therefore ICS brings with it over 60 years of Scott Wilson’s operations in E.Africa and provides a full range of integrated planning, management and engineering services in the transport, property, and environment and natural resources sectors.

 

 

The firm comprises locally managed consultancies operating through offices in the United Kingdom, Uganda and Ethiopia.
