EACOP: Early civil works Engineering services
The scope of services includes comprehensive civil engineering and planning support for the MCPY-1, MCPY-2, and MCPY-3 sites. This involves updating material take-offs and conducting preliminary site grading studies to support early design development.
Tilenga Project – Upstream Facilities
Total E&P Uganda B.V. is leading the Tilenga Project in Uganda’s Lake Albert Development. The project involves constructing Well Pads within Murchison Falls National Park and other facilities south of the park, including the Central Processing Facility (CPF). Buliisa Upstream Facilities will connect to the East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) for oil transportation to Tanzania.

EACOP is a 1,443km pipeline transporting Uganda’s crude oil to Tanzania, boosting regional energy infrastructure.
