The key activities involve preparing and reviewing compensation agreements, training negotiation teams, and facilitating agreement meetings with stakeholders. It includes identifying temporary accommodation for displaced households, conducting surveys for replacement land, and developing detailed housing designs. Support for the tendering process and construction oversight will be provided, along with relocation assistance for displaced PAPs.
Additionally, the project will manage compensation payments, provide maps and records for land rights transfer, and support land title registration. It will oversee land access handovers and implement livelihood restoration programs. The aim is to ensure a smooth transition for affected households and maintain their economic stability and well-being during relocation.
