Description of Actual Services Provided by ICS
- Review and update detailed engineering designs for Laropi Bridge and approach roads, including all necessary engineering investigations, plans, specifications, calculations, cost estimates, and reports, ensuring thorough survey and material documentation.
- Conduct a comprehensive traffic study for Busega systems interchange, creating a traffic survey plan and collecting data, such as socio-economic and traffic details, to support local forecasting. Develop a 2023 base year model for upcoming road projects and use traffic forecasts with scenario analysis.
- Prepare Visum and Vissim models to assess interchange capacities along the Kibuye-Busega corridor.
- Complete all engineering, environmental, social, economic, and financial analyses as per the contract’s Technical Requirements, ensuring compliance with all specified Technical Standards.
