EACOP: RAP and Socio- Economic Studies – Priority Areas

The East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) project includes the construction and operation of 1445 km of insulated 24” inch buried pipeline through Uganda and Tanzania, 8 stations with the first one located at Kabaale, Uganda and a marine export terminal at Chongoleani, near Tanga Port.
EACOP: Early Civil Works – Access Roads Design

ICS were contracted to prepare the detailed engineering design of MCPY-4 Campsite (Marshalling yard) and all the project access roads leading to the 4Nos campsites as well as access road to Pump Station 2 (PS2) in Sembabule. The project access roads are categorized into Temporary Access Roads (TARs) located adjacently to each camp, Permanent Access Roads (PARs) only adjacent to the Pump Stations and Existing Road Upgrades (ERUs).

The key activities involve preparing and reviewing compensation agreements, training negotiation teams, and facilitating agreement meetings with stakeholders. It includes identifying temporary accommodation for displaced households, conducting surveys for replacement land, and developing detailed housing designs.
Survey Works Tilenga Project – Upstream Facilities

The scope of work involves; conducting topographical surveys and providing detailed measurements of structures and topography, including buildings, roads, and natural features. They will also mark out equipment, perform initial surveys, and conduct spot checks. Preliminary data will be provided during the survey, with a full report submitted.
EACOP: Early civil works Engineering services

The scope of services includes comprehensive civil engineering and planning support for the MCPY-1, MCPY-2, and MCPY-3 sites. This involves updating material take-offs and conducting preliminary site grading studies to support early design development.
Tilenga Project – Upstream Facilities
