Tilenga Project – Upstream Facilities

Project Description

Total E&P Uganda B.V. is leading the Tilenga Project in Uganda’s Lake Albert Development. The project involves constructing Well Pads within Murchison Falls National Park and other facilities south of the park, including the Central Processing Facility (CPF). Buliisa Upstream Facilities will connect to the East African Crude Oil Pipeline (EACOP) for oil transportation to Tanzania. The project aims to develop onshore facilities for crude oil production, storage, and export, with re-injection of produced water, an Operational Support Base, and river crossing facilities.

ICS provided engineering resources for detailed design and facilitated training for mechanical engineers at Baker Hughes (Italy) for six months. Additionally, they organized online engineering training programs for other relevant disciplines.
